OnPoint Recruiting Inc. requires all applicants to follow a strict guideline which has been developed and thoroughly integrated in our core values. Once an applicant has registered successfully through our service, eligible applicants are required to provide proof of identification and their social insurance number. We require all applicants to provide us with a resume and a list of all valid certificates. Applicants must provide references as we conduct a mandatory reference check by contacting previous employers.

Once we have completed our initial screening process, we then conduct an interview with the candidate for the specific job the applicant is applying for. The interview process enables us to determine whether the applicant is the right candidate for the job he/she is applying for.

We are dedicated to providing our clients with the right candidates to meet their staffing needs tailored to the following industries: light and skilled general labour, shipping, driving and administrative. We take pride in delivering a well-structured staffing solution for our clients.

Once applicants have successfully passed our interview process, its mandatory for all candidates to undergo a thorough criminal background check. All candidates must pass the criminal background check in order to be considered for any position through our service, and they must provide us with their address history for record keeping. Applicants must be devoted to take part in our health and safety training sessions as we provide this service to ensure all candidates are trained prior to being on site.
